Hi,  Looking at this message board, I like a lot of other people have not received my Amazon Prime Offer Code (I joined TalkTalk on 9th September).  I have rung 3 times, had a Web Chat 3 times and each time I have been told I would receive an email within 7 days with my code. Nothing has happened and I get the feeling I am being fobbed off and hopefully I will just give up.  This is not a good service towards a new customer.  If you promise something you must deliver, if you don't deliver then when we complain you need to sort it out. Please can you sort it out and send me and many others are codes which we are entitled too. Thanks

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

Staff are not likely to be on the forum over the weekend,  @njgttt, so will probably reply from Monday. 


They can't identify your account unless you complete your community forum profile details. 


Please go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard; make sure you put in your landline phone number and a fallback mobile phone number; click finish to save.
