Amazon Tech Pack - Code Not Working

I have received my amazon tech pack code and it does not work, every time i have tried to copy and paste or enter the code manually in the amazon promotional code box it says code invalid. Can someone please help with this?

Amazons site is not defaulting to the Official product , Ensure that the product is being supplied By Dispatched from and sold by Amazon EU Sarl. and not appliance direct.

I have exactly the same problem. I have tried many times on different devices but the answer is always the same - this code cannot be applied to this product (ring indoor camera). Please send me a new code so that I can receive the item that was promised when I upgraded

The product is the official one despatched and sold by Amazon EU Sarl but the code does not work.

Can you ensure that the product is the official amazon product, sometimes the link will route to a slightly cheaper product.
