Received the code to order the tech pack from Amazon earlier this week but it does not work, I see other people have had the same problem - has anyone got the solution

@ewa2022, you won't get your issue sorted by posting on other customers' threads!
Staff have to trace your account etc, so it could cause chaos if issues got muddled up. Staff only respond to the original poster, which is why neither of your posts has so far received a reply.
You need to go via "help with your service", choose the billing message board and click on start a topic.
Post your own thread from there, and it will get into the queue for attention during the week. Staff do not respond at weekends.
