Amazon Tech Pack code not working

I have received my code for the tech pack but when I enter it I get 'The promotional code you have entered is not valid.' 

It says in the email I have until the 17th December to use the code, however I have tried using this code numerous times and keep getting the same response.

Hope to get this resolved as I was going to give the tech pack as a Christmas gift.
