Amazon Tech Pack

I recently upgraded my broadband and phone package on the promise of an amazon tech pack, I see that the code should be received after 37 days but I have waited over 2 months now and have not received a code can someone please advise how to find out more or how to get the code? TIA

We’ll need the landline or account number and two characters from your telephone password (https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Setting-up-your-telephone-password/ta-p/2205212). After this we’ll be able to talk about things in more detail.
