I signed up for Fibre 65 which went live on 6th May.
As part of my package I also opted to pay more for the Amazon Tech bundle. I have not received the code for the bundle and your call centre don't seem to accept that the offer ever existed.
I have spent over an hour today on the phone and the representative keeps talking about a Amazon voucher code for a monetary value, which I have received at a substantially lower value than what was promised (£50 rather than £80).
This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please restore my faith in your company and resolve this issue.
For clarity I am missing:
- Voucher code to redeem Amazon Tech package
- Amazon voucher valued at £80
