I went live with Fibre35 on 11th June 21 but I have not yet received the email with voucher for the following offer. Please help?

@Dolly63, when we replied to your thread earlier in the summer, we asked you to complete your community forum profile details, as CS Ferguson has again mentioned above.
It is essential that you do this, as, without this information, Talktalk staff can't identify your account.
You need to add your Talktalk landline number by going via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
When staff reply next week they will post on this thread.
If you lose track of the thread, log into the forum, and when you click on your avatar or name you should be taken to your profile area. All activity on your threads can be accessed by clicking on ACTIVITY and scrolling down to see recent correspondence.

The support team here will be happy to look into this for you, make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk landline number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
