I signed up with you guys 8 months ago and have not received my Amazon voucher, please could you look into this for me?

Talktalk can't see who you are unless you complete your community forum profile details, @thereaper101.

 

It's particularly important to add your Talktalk landline number by going via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard. 

 

This enables staff to identify your account. 

 

Please then look out for a response from staff later in the week.
