Hi,
I renewed my contract a while ago which was advertised with free amazon echo dot device. Never received a code via an email for the gift.
So I wondered and called Talk Talk yesterday about this. A lady told me that it was because I did my renewal online rather through agency which sounded a bit non-sense to be honest as it was clearly advertised on the web site. Can anyone inform me on this, please?
