Hi, I renewed my contract last year that included a free Amazon Echo Dot offer.
The 37 day period has now elapsed and I have not had the promised email with instructions on how to claim - checked and it's not in my spam folder.
Can one of the support team please look into this for me.
My community forum profile details are up to date including landline number.
