Hi!
I was offered a 75 pounds Amazon gift card when I registered with Talk Talk in February. It's been more than 90 days and I haven't received the gift card yet. How do I get it?

The Voucher will be dispatched in the next few days

 

Please keep an eye on your spam/junk folder for an email from Giftcloud.

Hi,

 

Yes, I placed my order through Uswitch. Please find attached the image of checkout of my order showing the gift card value that I would receive. I placed this order on February 19 2021, order number N80810102. I'm feeling deceived, in the offer it was clear that I would get a gift card and nothing happened until now. It's unacceptable that customers have to complain to get this sorted.

Ensure that you have completed your community forum profile details, @rebecareis. Staff otherwise have no way of identifying your account.
