I have not received either of the products I was promised when sold the broadband package - can't find any way to raise this other than this forum...

 

Can someone from Talk Talk please help with this.

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

You'll need to add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account, @abrooks31.

 

Please go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
