Amazon prime offer not received

Took out a new contract with talk talk on 06/03/2021 was meant to get A year of Amazon Prime with it.

I did not receive an email with the code, I have contacted Talktalk numerous times and I am just going round in circles. 

They told me to contact Amazon as they deal with it, Amazon said this was a lie.

I was then told by talk talk that  the offer was not available at the time I took out the contract, even though it is on my order invoice. 

I am currently in live chat about it again but I am not holding my breath that this will be sorted, can anyone on here help me?

How long does it normally take for them to get in touch with the recipient ?
