I'm trying to order the echo dot through the email link provided, and it's saying code invalid. I've copied and pasted, tried various times, double checked no spaces ect. I've waited long enough, I want it sorted.

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

This is really an aspect of billing, so I'll move this thread there.
If you have UFO, I think you need to put your account number in Private Notes. Otherwise, please complete your community forum profile details in the usual way, for staff to identify your account.
To do this, add your Talktalk landline number by going via your avatar/name; settings; Launch Profile Wizard.
Don't display any personal information details on the public pages.
Staff will be back after the weekend to look into this for you. They respond Monday to Friday.
