Amazon tech pack code

Waiting for my amazon code for the echo dot. I have gone back and forth ringing Amazon and TalkTalk which I’ve been told to do but the problem is clearly not from my side. I just want a working code for the promotional offer i was promised.

Hi, I have received an email with my code to redeem an Amazon tech pack today. The code does not work though. I have followed both Amazon and talk talk troubleshooting but had no luck.

Another one missing the code.   Seems like a massive issue TALKTALK.   I’ve been waiting g three weeks since a blank email missing code
