Amazon tech pack email not received

Hello

 

I believe  it’s been over 37 days since my upgrade and have yet to receive the Amazon tech code via email. Junk and spam folders checked.

 

Can someone confirm when it will be issued.

@Samjaynel1, you need to complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; profile wizard. 

 

You must also return to the message board to start your own thread. The board is here:

Click on Start a Topic. It can take a few days to get a reply. Please look out for a response from staff.

Can you confirm what gift you chose was it the ring door bell or the Echo dot bundle.
