When I signed up I was promised an Amazon Tech package that I have not received. The account has been open for 3 months now. What do I need to do?

Hi, sorted the incorrect phone number. I chose Echo Dot and Smart Plug.

What product did you choose? Echo dot & Smart plug, or Ring doorbell
Also can you check the number in your profile, as its not bringing up any accounts
