Amazon tech package

I signed up for talktalk back in May for fibre65 with the Amazon tech package. My line went active on June 9th but I still have not yet received the Amazon tech code as of the 19th July. I'm not sure why I haven't received this yet as I have been looking forward to claiming it for a while

I have checked your account and the code was sent today (21st) please check your Spam/junk folders.

@lwhalley15, you must add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. Please go via your avatar/name; settings; launch Profile Wizard.

 

I am moving this to the billing section, where it is more relevant.

There is a certain period you have to pass to be able to claim your gift. With some ISPs it can be 90days or so.

 

Support staff will pick this up shortly and advise if that is the issue.
