So after speaking to Pam in customer services for nearly an hour I still don’t have the Amazon tech voucher code that came with the fibre 150 package I took out.
All Pam could say was that I needed to contact Amazon. Now I know this can’t be correct so can someone please help me.
In the registration documents it says that the code would be emailed within 37 days but that hasn’t happened.

Hi Kas4444, you should receive the voucher 37 days after your service goes live. Has your service been live for 37 days now?
