Amazon voucher not received

Hi,

 

I signed up over 90 days ago, and have not yet received my Amazon voucher. 

 

How do I claim the voucher? Or should it just arrive in my inbox?

 

I have the N reference if required.

The vouchers will be issued in the next few days. 

 

Please keep an eye on your spam/junk mail folders for an email from giftcloud.

its a 3rd party company that issue the vouchers, so when they process the order number.

 

I don't have an accurate timescale,  but now its been escalated it will be within the next 10 days.
