I've had a renewal notice and am trying to re-contract to Fibre 65.
However, it will not allow me to remove the TalkTalk TV.
Please can you advise how to remove this so I can re-contract.

If you are trying to renew online there is no option to remove the TV fee, somewhat annoyingly. If you call the customer loyalty team directly on 0345 172 0046 they can arrange the package exactly as you wish, minus TV and may even be able to come up with a better deal. Alternatively, if you do want to renew online, then go ahed and post back, the support team here can then remove the charge for you.
