I have been advised by your colleague Debbie to contact you here re: my posting on the forum entitled: Re: No DSL connection - My Talktalk is still not connecting 24hr after installation.
After a week without any broadband finally a "real" Openreach engineer 07/03/22 fixed the fault at the cabinet caused when an outsourced sub-contractor (Kelly) incorrectly tried to connect my line 01/03/22 and failed to test it before leaving!
I was advised not to contact you for compensation as it would be automatically credited to my account within 30 days. I have waited 2 months - nothing received.
Please investigate and rectify this error.
