I have a FREE ESSENTIAL SIM... it was free up to now
The account shows a previous credit of £17:21, now had a debit of £5:00 applied, leaving a credit of £12:21.
How do I progress this to reach a solution..??

Charging for the free SIM happened to me a couple of months back. One very quick chat (online or on the phone) gets it sorted.
This seems to be happening to a few people at the moment, so the Mobile Team know of the problem.
