Bad customer service- sign offer

I joined this horrendous company though money supermarket for a £100 prepay master card also I ungraded to receive a free Amazon dot package dispute it being well over 90 days and contacting customer service ag least 8 times I am still nowhere with this issue , I’ve been told many different things including no such offer exists, it’s not a £100 pre pay master card but a 90 Amazon voucher , I’m not eligible, a manger will call me back it’s been escalated and so on and on ibe never experienced such poor customer service before
