I have signed up to a fixed price for my contract which has not been listed within my account details - why has this not been applied, I am paying for it
I have oddly been charged for paper billing which I did agree nor want
The talk talk youview TV box does not have wifi technology, unfortunately at no point was this highlighted when signing up to TalkTalk TV, is there any way round this? #new member?

Thanks for your post, sorry that you are having problems.
If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

TalkTalk do not honour fixed priced contracts. See other recent threads on here. They have been increasing the prices on so called Fixed Price Contracts.
So, even if your contract did state Fixed Price, it would be meaningless.
