Being overcharged by 10 pounds on mew contract

Hello

 

Our previous contract expires in April. We received an email saying we could sign up for a new contract for around 29 pounds. We clicked the link to do this but never heard back from you. We are now being charged about 39 pounds a month.

 

Can you please rectify this as soon as possible.

Best option would be to call the loyalty team on 03451720088 The will be able to see what options are available

You are best taking this issue directly to Talktalk's customer services at 03451 720088, @Cyneliam. They are open 9am till 7pm on weekdays and till 6pm Saturdays (you won't reach them on a Sunday).
