Hello

I'm confused as I accepted an offer by email of 23 per month but my bill this month is 55

Can anyone help

Apologies it looks like the the renewal didnt come through. 

 

Best option would be to call the loyalty team on 03451720088 The will be able to see what options are available

Sadly a lot of customers have had a similar experience, @Bob the postman, and you need to contact Talktalk directly via phone / Chat to sort it out.
