I had lots of issues with broadband. I couldn't get my guaranteed speed of 12,7 but instead I was only getting 2,4. After lots of phone calls with customer service and 3 technician visits I was able to cancel my contract. I was very surprised when I got my final bill for £183 due to early disconnection so I've reported them to Ofcom who regulates them. Case is ongoing at the minute. Do not use Talk Talk as they can't keep promise and they treat what's written on contract as nothing!!!

I Have checked the account and the cancellation fee was waived when the disconnection was put through.
You will get a final bill in December showing the credit raised to clear it.
