Hi everyone 

I just joined talk talk fiber broadband 

My joining was because it just meets my budget.

My specific instructions for joining and my contract with talk talk was a cap on my bill.

No discussions or excuses required in this.

My bill was 25 pounds exactly and no going over.

How thrilled I was to find my first bill to be 26 pounds and a few Penny's.

This was not the agreement .

We need to get this sorted and sharpish ,

Not a good start to our relationship there talk talk.

We have only charged you for the service we have provided, as Martswain has advised the first bill is always higher due to pro rata part month charges, In this case 1 days worth. 


Faster Fibre 17 Oct to 18 Oct  = £1.48

Fibre speed boost 17 Oct to 18 Oct  = 17p


Your charges per month going forward will be at the price you agreed.

It is really impossible for Talktalk to talk to you specifically without knowledge of your account.

If you make a deal.

Depending on reputation before making a deal, 

Everyone lays out there requirements.

A deal is a deal.

Break a deal then you loose your punter.

My deal was a cap on all products and services.

If talk talk breaks my deal again then I will return the service back to them.

I live up to my end and I expect them to live up to theres.

It's not a lot to ask as its layed out to them.

If I'm told it's no more than an amount specified and it turns out to be more then I consider myself scammed.

First bill explained. On your first billing date with TalkTalk, you will be charged your first month's subscription in advance, as well as a part-month charge for any services that were active before your billing date. This is because your TalkTalk services are paid for in advance

In the meantime please check your community profile and add your landline phone number if necessary it is used to identify your account. I'm guessing that you joined in mid billing schedule, so there will be some over and under issues for starters.
