Your bill is fully itemised when you expand the sections.
Check the expiry date of your main contract and any boosts you have.
If you have a calls boost, have any calls gone over 60 minutes and become chargeable ?
Add you landline number to your community profile so staff can check your account if you cannot find the answer from the above suggestions.
