I have recently received my first bill & I am extremely disappointed to find that talk talk have wrongfully put a charge of £50 activation/setup fee. When I was signed up via an agent at my local shopping center I was told I would not have to pay any fees.
Please sort this out talk talk or I will need to look for a new provider. We agreed a contract with no fees I am not getting g the service you agreed to provide.
Once the charges are removed from my bill I will happy pay with my debit card.
