Hi I'm being charged for my Talk talk broadband even though the first three months were supposed to be free. I signed up and got my broadband in the middle of December and I'm being charged even though the three months are still not done. I'm not supposed to pay anything till mid march, can someone tell me what's going on?

Thanks for your post. 

 

You account shows that you have 3 months free, However your account has an outstanding balance from the 1st bill of the delivery of the wifi hub, which is not part of the free promotion, and there is no direct debit active, there is now admin charges carried over from that bill. 

 

You bills are all itemized on My Account.
