Hi was a shell customer. You’ve kindly sorted my bill out the other week but I always made payment via direct debit . It now hasn’t come out and when I looked it says to make payment from phone and bill is overdue . I can make payment this way , but will be tomorrow. Shell said everything would stay the same I didn’t need to do anything! Does this mean I have to set another direct debit up ?

You can make the payment tomorrow, either online or over the phone, we have requested the Direct debit to be setup as per the old shell account but still showing as pending at the moment.
You wont get any admin fees as the issue is at our side. It will be successfully setup by next months bill.

@Tomlinson110!, I'll move this to billing for you. There have been several similar problems with Direct Debits for people moving from Shell.
In case this isn't picked up soon by staff, try phoning 03451 720088 after 9am, or using Chat, and ask to speak to the Shell Migration team for clarity about the DD.
