I've had no bill from talktalk, and cut my Internet.
I logged on and paid £270(just to be sure).
I have found out I paid thr money into a dormant account.

Are you a former Shell Customer and previously Talktalk?
You'll need to have the dormant account details completely removed, @Dave9926, and re-register My Account with your current details and a non Talktalk email address.
