Hi @BAe125-800B have you tried rebooting your router and / or a different browser?

A number of customers have this problem. There are numerous workarounds which work for some & not others, these include:-

 

  1. In your browser clear the cache & cookies.
  2. Disable any ad blockers on TalkTalk sites.
  3. Do not block Pop ups in the browser.
  4. Do not use the In Private or incognito modes of the browser.
  5. Try a different browser.
  6. Try a different device, can that access the bills.
