Been charged for two months service at my property, while there was no service at the property, talk talk fault.

I wouldn’t waste your time I’ve tried about 10 or more times to resolve the same issue and they just get a bot to answer you and send you round in circles trying to blame your devices. My advice to you is to stop paying them and change company they aren’t interested in customer service
