Bombarded with threats of cancellation fees

I have agreed to stay with talktalk after triggering a switch to another provider, but continue to get bombarded with threatening letters and emails, can you confirm this is a problem with your system, and that a) I won't get cut off, and b) I won't get a cancellation fee.

Hi, other provider stopped, I was informed that talk talk wouldn't be able to offer the new package until their stop had been removed, and I have received emails from talktalk confirming my new package...

Hi @Zcaprd78

 

I have checked and the cancel has been stopped on the 18th. Have you advised the other provider that you are not transferring they may be retrying thier order.  

 

You will not be cut off.

Thanks, the cut off date is the 2nd of July, so happy to wait for a forum reply...

@Zcaprd78, use Chat any day after 9am or phone 03451 720046 before 6pm today  (closed Sundays) to clear this up.

 

You won't get a reply from TT forum staff before Monday at the earliest.
