Hi, I’m currently on Fibre 35 contract until November, but pay a lot more than prices being offered at present. Can I negotiate a new contract on a cheaper price or will I have to pay for an early exit ?

You have 6 months left on your contract so you may be charged a mid contract package change fee. 

 

Speak to the loyalty team on  03451720088 they may be able to help.

You can contact the loyalty team at any time to discuss your options, but bear in mind that there may be a fee applied if you renew more than 90 days before the end of the contract, so be sure to clarify this during any discussions. Contact details are here:
