Hello all.

 

I signed up on the 20/07/21 and I've been keeping an eye on the progress of my £80 gift card progress via the email I was originally sent when I signed up. 

 

I've tried to check the progress today and it's asking for extra details that I don't have (talk talk order number)

 

I've sent an email off to broadbandchoices help but haven't had a reply yet. I've seen people have had success on here with getting help so any input would be much appreciated.

Yes, @Ricbro86.

 

The main staff member on here is Arne, but he's not here every day.  There can be a backlog of several days. 

 

Your thread is in the queue for attention, but the workflow is automated, and posting further can actually delay the progress of your topic in the queue. 

 

Please look out for a reply from staff, but don't add to the thread before getting a response.
