I am really fed up with talk talk
I was on a contract (which is not a contract) as they can change it with price increases)
new customer can have fibre 65 for £23.00 yet they want to up mine to over £25.00
I complained and someone rang me and said they can do a new contract for 18 months for "£23.95
THEY GOT ME TO AGREE AND PROMISED AN EMAIL WHEN I GOT THIS EMAIL IT WAS SHOWING A £30 ADMIN FEE I WAS NOT TOLD THAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEN WHEN I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT THEY HAD PUT IT UP TO "26.04 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!AND ADVISED IT WILL GO UP DURING THE SO CALLED CONTRACT

You can request a refund via My Account.

If you have changed contract in the middle of the billing cycle the next bill can be confusing, hence the £26.04, it's all itemised in your online My Account.
The £30 charge is standard for a change if you are not towards the end of your current contract.
The cheapest price for Fibre 65 is currently £23.50, so you should have asked for that.
