Caller Display not working

Hello,

Since switching from BT in January Caller Display on my landline hasn't been working.

There's no other device (e.g. fax machine) on the line and I've also tried deactivating and reactivating caller display but the it still just states "Incoming Call" when anyone phones.

Can anyone recommend what to try next?

Many thanks,

Dan

Hi @danny84

The fault ticket is showing as closed.

Is caller display working now?

Hi @danny84

I have passed this to our faults team.

They will request a overnight card reset.

We can check for an update in 48 hours.

Hi Michelle,

Yes, I've tried removing and re-adding Caller Display.

I don't have another phone to try but it did work on the phone I have with my previous provider.

Thanks

Hello,

I'm sorry for the delay. Can I just confirm, do you mean that you've tried removing and then re-adding this again in your My Account? Does this also happen with a different phone? As soon as we have confirmed this then we can pass this over to our Network Team for further investigation.

Thanks

Hi Arne,

Thanks for your reply.

It's happening on all calls.

Using the test socket has the same outcome.

Many thanks,

Dan

Hi danny84

Are you sure the incoming caller is not withholding their number?   or does it happen on all calls?

Can you try connecting your handset to the test socket on your master socket and see if it is the same

Thanks
