I cancelled my TalkTalk Fast Broadband package in July as I sold that flat. I have still have the D-Link (DSL-3782) router and would like to return it but I have never received a pre-paid return bag despite requesting one with the CSR at the time of closing my account.
Can one of the super friendly Support Team staff here, please help me with this return (my disconnected TalkTalk landline phone number is in my profile for ID purposes) ?
I do have a similar issue. I have requested a return bags for my both equipments four times and despite been promised they gonna be with me 3-5working days, I have never received one. Can someone help me with this, please?
