Can moving house fees be waived?

I'm interested in potentially taking out a broadband and TV deal with TalkTalk when I move to my new, rented flat. The tenancy agreement for the flat though is 6 months in the first instance and I, ideally, will be looking to buy a property after this period. Given the contracts I am looking at are 18 months long, from what I understand if I move after 6 months I would be charged a £60 fee. If I informed TalkTalk of my move, would there be the potential to take out a new contract and have any fees waived (i.e., moving fee)? And given that I would stay with TalkTalk, I would not be charged an early cancellation fee?

Hi SaraM4

Just to confirm, if you wanted to continue with your contract end date when you move = £60 fee

If you start a new contract the fee is waived.

Hope that helps.
