When I click to see latest bill or go into previous bills and try to download the page just freezes.
This has been the case since May 2021. I have tried via Firefox and Microsoft Edge. I have tried raising a complaint via live chat but I just get a green spinning circle on the screen. I have trouble shooted both browsers and found no problems. I have also tried with all addons disconnected. I find it wholly unacceptable that Talk Talk make solving an issue so desperately idiotic.

Sorry that you are having issues.
The problem you are seeing is only caused by pop-up blockers and Ad- blockers, if you have disabled them in the browser setup, do you have any other security running in the background that could be intercepting the window?
