Can't Change Home Move Order Address

I am moving to a new address soon so I set up a home move order a few days ago. Unfortunately, I believe that I set the wrong address but I can't check this on my account. I cannot cancel the order and make a new one either.

 

I tried to call the customer service line but was transferred to two other people before the call went static and the line was closed for the day.

 

How do I go about checking/changing the address it's currently set to?

Ah yes,

 

I managed to get the old order cancelled and put a new one up.

Try again after 9:00am tomorrow. Call 0345 172 0088, make sure you ask for the home move team when prompted and hopefully they can sort things out for you.
