Can't access MyAccount

Hi - I can no longer access MyAccount (browser or App) as my email is not recognised.

I've had a couple of chats with advisers who don't seem  to have a solution - I've tried resetting my password and re-registering my details as they have suggested but nothing works!

Sorry that you are having problems. 

 

Can you try a nd re-register for My Account, looks like there was a mismatch in our backend server. 

 

Let us know if there are any problems.
