Can't access my account

For the last 3 months I couldn't log in to my account, I always received the same error message


 i contact someone on chat last week and after 49 minutes chatting they said that talk talk support team will contact me on my mobile number and they didn't.

Hi Mohamad975, unfortunately we don't have an expected date for the repair of this issue. 


I've added you to the list of affected users. 



Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

There is an issue for some customers in signing in to their customer MyAccount. A fix is being prepared. 


I'll move this post to the Billing Forum as that's where MyAccount issues are resolved. 


A TalkTalk Support team member will respond to this topic from Tuesday onwards.
