I'm trying to log in into my online account to pay my broadband bill but keep receiving the error message: "Sorry due to technical issues we can’t log you in right now. Please try again later."
I thought it was a weekend upgrade but it's been like this for 3 days now. TalkTalk obviously doesn't have an email address publicly available so I have to post here. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your post, sorry that you are having problems.
If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

You can phone in to make a payment, @cereally.
If you need further help, staff will need to identify your account from your landline phone number. Please add this to your community forum profile details.
Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
