Hi I’m having problems logging into My Account on safari on my iMac , I can log on on my iPhone and on google chrome on the iMac as anyone got any ideas?

Hi,

 

If you can log into My Account on different devices then it does indicate a possible issue with this particular device. Have you also tried using a different browser?

Hi I've deleted history and it just buffering with a wifi sign in a cloud saying preparing dashboard and bill its also downloading something but when you click on it nothing opens
