Hi, Arne has just helped me setup an account for my father and it worked fine the first day since then we have not been able to login to either of the accounts (usual...Sorry due to technical issues we can’t log you in right now ). My landline account is not an issue but my father has a bill to pay and wants to pay/setup direct debit and being in his eighties he is worried. We have just gone paperless on this number ending 19.
